Dragon head pumpkin

Took me long enough to post pictures of this thing I've been tied up with off-season robotics stuff lately. I need to design a button for them, but that's another story.

I did light it, but I didn't carve enough away to let much light through also this pumpkin is gigantic and was actually too big to light up with an average candle...couple lessons learned and I'll do better next year. On the plus side, I think this thing looks much better in daylight. Didn't win the workplace contest for this, but it was still super fun! I haven't carved a pumpkin in...ten years? Also I saved the seeds from this giant. Going to plant half of them and I'll roast the rest. Yummmmmm! Yes, you can eat pumpkin seeds and if you season them they are freaking delicious!

Trying to carve something relatively symmetrical on an asymmetrical object is. freaking. HARD!
